Advanto has completed another technical integration into the newest AVA space platform. It makes it easy to extend and connect Asseco Solution's enterprise systems with useful cloud applications and functionality. Following the earlier integration of Advanto with Asseco Solution's Helios payroll systems, this is a further step that lets Asseco Solution clients introduce earned wage access in just a few clicks.
“AVA space makes it possible to connect new cloud applications and functionality that employers may need to Asseco Solution's existing enterprise systems and modules. One of them, which is currently in very high demand, is Advanto,” explains Milan Kasík, who is responsible for the platform's development at Asseco Solution.
“After integration into AVA space, any employer using the Helios payroll systems from Asseco Solution can connect with Advanto with virtually a single click,” says Jan Kölbl, co-founder and CTO of Advanto. “No more exporting spreadsheets and the like — integrating Advanto with AVA is the only secure way to connect an application like Advanto with Helios systems. What's more, it's fast: we don't have to deal with any IT work, we just verify a few things and sign the contract,” Kölbl adds.
More than 15,000 employers in the Czech Republic use the Helios payroll and attendance systems from Asseco Solution, representing roughly 30% of the market. One of the very first employers to connect Advanto to its Helios enterprise system was the Ústí nad Labem Transport Company (Dopravní podnik města Ústí nad Labem).
“In my 7 years with the company, I've never encountered an IT project deployed as quickly as Advanto. Based on my experience with other projects, I expected that at least a year would pass from the first meeting to going live, but the speed with which the project was brought to life pleasantly surprised me,” says Simona Mohacsi, director of the Ústí nad Labem transport company.
In early 2020, the Ústí nad Labem Transport Company was looking for an innovative way to attract new employees in an empty labor market, and began working with Advanto. “The COVID-19 pandemic meant a loss of one income or another for many employees' families. Thanks to the ‘wage ATM,’ employees and their families didn't have to resort to installment loan products — they could simply draw on their own pay if they were just a ‘few’ thousand crowns short of their next payday,” Mohacsi explains.
If an employer uses a different attendance system, Advanto can still be integrated individually with relative ease. “We have extensive experience connecting to other attendance systems as well, and the process typically takes just a few days,” Kölbl concludes.
