Access to your own earnings anytime, without waiting for payday, is becoming an increasingly sought-after benefit. And not only among younger generations. Thanks to the secure connection between Advanto and Webnotion, introducing the benefit is a matter of moments.

Employees and part-time workers alike are demanding flexibility in every aspect of the employment relationship. The option to work from home or flexible working hours is already standard at most employers. Workers are demanding the same freedom when it comes to deciding on their payday. Advanto, which provides the Earned wage access benefit, offers a simple solution.

Employees of companies offering the Earned wage access benefit can use the simple Advanto mobile app to transfer part of their already earned wages to their bank account. Thanks to the connection to internal systems, the whole process takes just a few moments and requires no administrative work. Employees gain not only flexibility, but also greater financial security. "We see the highest number of early wage withdrawals particularly at the end of the calendar month. That is generally the most difficult period, when people have paid all their standing orders after the previous payday and are running low on money in their account by the end of the month. Thanks to Advanto, they can use their own money and avoid unfavorable loans or falling into debt enforcement," describes Advanto co-founder and CEO Martin Fortelný.

Advanto guarantees easy integration of the benefit with all the attendance, payroll, and HR systems in its partner network. That network has recently been expanded to include the personalized attendance system from Webnotion, which is fully integrated with its clients' internal systems and digitizes and automates company processes. "The connection between Advanto and Webnotion attendance is implemented via API, which speeds up and standardizes the data exchange and requires no manual action from users. We are glad that, thanks to our successful cooperation with Advanto, we have been able to bring our clients another useful feature," says Maroš Dolnák of Webnotion.

The amount available for withdrawal accrues for each worker based on hours worked, updated daily thanks to Advanto's connection to the Webnotion system. Over the course of the month, the amount grows up to a maximum of 50% of the monthly wage.

Increased employee efficiency, reduced turnover, and cheaper recruitment are just a few of the benefits that come from making earned wages accessible regardless of payday. Combined with simple integration and zero administrative work, Earned wage access is becoming the new standard in the employee benefits market.
