Join an online meeting of employers, experts, and the public, where we will present the results of a unique survey among more than 330 members of the Czech Union of HR Managers (Svaz personalistů ČR).
How well do they understand the financial condition and behavior of their employees? Are they doing enough to keep employees from falling into a debt spiral? And why is excessive debt among Czech employees a problem that needs to be addressed? Don't hesitate to join the discussion.
After the survey results are presented, there will be a panel discussion with debt experts Radek Hábl (Institut prevence a řešení předlužení, the Institute for the Prevention and Resolution of Over-Indebtedness) and David Borges (Člověk v tísni / People in Need). Also joining will be Matěj Kučera (Národní ústav duševního zdraví, the National Institute of Mental Health), who is well versed in the effects of employees' mental health on the workplace. The discussion will be moderated by Petr Otáhal, President of the Czech Union of HR Managers.
