The Advanto app from the leading earned wage access provider is integrated with the ESO9 payroll and HR systems. For employers who already use ESO9, Advanto can be set up turnkey and in a very short time, with no additional demands on their IT department.
“We've always made sure our systems allow clients to add new functionality as easily as possible. In today's turbulent times, this flexibility is especially important. How does it work?
Advanto lets employees withdraw their own wages at any time in the app of the same name, based on the hours they have actually worked, from the first day of each month until the regular payday. The wages are sent and credited to the employee's bank account practically instantly.
“The early withdrawal of wages is then financed by Advanto and does not interfere with the established payday schedule. For companies using ESO9 systems, this process therefore does not disrupt cash flow or the payroll process in any way, and it does not create any administrative costs associated with paying out advances. If employees want to withdraw money they've already earned before payday, they take care of everything in the Advanto app,” Kölbl adds.
