The Advanto app, from a leading provider of Earned Wage Access, is now integrated with the Byznys payroll and HR system from Solitea. For employers using this system, rolling out Earned Wage Access is a matter of a few dozen minutes, with no further demands on their IT department.
According to Solitea, one of the leading providers of business systems, its Byznys product is used by more than 1,200 companies across industries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"We can now roll out Earned Wage Access for all of these employers in just a few clicks," says Advanto co-founder and CTO Jan Kölbl.
One of the first companies to integrate Advanto with its Byznys business system from Solitea was Gebauer & Griller. "In Advanto, we saw something we simply had to have in order to get an edge on the competition in the region for a while," says David Locker, Head of HR at Gebauer & Griller.
"Advanto is designed to work turnkey, both for the integration itself and for everyday operation afterward. We think about employers and know it's important to them that Advanto places only minimal demands on their IT, accounting, and cash flow," explains Kölbl from Advanto.
"Having an ERP system open enough that all kinds of applications can connect to it is a key customer requirement these days, and also a necessity if you want a competitive system. I'm glad that, in this case, we managed to connect Advanto to Byznys in a way that really only takes the user a few clicks," says Matěj Štochl, Sales Director of the Byznys system at Solitea.
"Times are dynamic, so integrating new systems and functionality can't take months or even weeks. On the contrary, Earned Wage Access is a much-needed benefit in today's challenging times, for employers and employees alike. That's why our goal at Advanto is for its rollout to be fast and easy," Kölbl adds.
