Lucie has led HR teams at international manufacturing companies and taken on the demanding task of building the employer brand for the Action chain, which she brought to the Czech market. Today she inspires hundreds of HR professionals across the country. In her view, an HR manager should save money, save time, and hire the right people.
In the interview, she also talks about the role of technology and artificial intelligence in HR. She sees them as a tool that can significantly ease the workload for HR professionals. “While I was lying on the beach, Erika called 40 people in 10 minutes,” she says, describing her experience with AI recruiting.
Although Lucie believes in the power of data, she never forgets humanity, humor, and common sense. With humor, she talks about why empty buzzwords bother her and why she isn't afraid to say things plainly. She believes HR has to stand on a combination of technology, hard data, common sense, and the ability to connect different worlds – from lawyers to production supervisors.
