Companies using the Target 2100 payroll and HR system from M-PRO can now roll out Advanto without any obstacles. The startup Advanto, a pioneer of Earned Wage Access, has completed and tested the integration of its technology solution at Hopi and Conectart, both of which use systems from M-PRO.
"Rolling out Advanto at companies using systems from M-PRO is a breeze for us," says Advanto co-founder and CTO Jan Kölbl. "From an IT standpoint, it's a matter of just a few clicks," Kölbl adds, emphasizing that Advanto takes care of everything.
The Target 2100 HR and payroll information system from M-PRO is used by hundreds of employers, primarily large industrial companies. "We've recently seen growing interest among our customers in Earned Wage Access, which is why we took steps so our clients could roll out Advanto right away. The Target 2100 system from M-PRO and its components are always developed to help their users, in particular by eliminating manual work and through control mechanisms that reduce processing risks. The integration of Target 2100 and Advanto was prepared in that same spirit," explains Martin Kubát, Managing Director of M-PRO.
Kölbl adds that making the rollout of Earned Wage Access as simple as possible is a goal for Advanto as well. "At Advanto, we know companies already have plenty on their plate. That's why our goal is for both the rollout and the ongoing operation of Earned Wage Access to be turnkey for the employer," Kölbl explains.
Conectart confirms this as well. Together with Hopi, it's one of the first companies to connect Advanto with its systems from M-PRO.
